I've spent years helping men get in shape. Training, nutrition, the physical side of it. But the longer I do this, the clearer one thing gets: for most men, it was never really about the body.
It's about feeling in control again. Sleeping properly. Having the energy to actually be present. Carrying less weight, and I don't just mean on the scale.
Men are taught to push through, say nothing, and handle it on their own. And it's costing us. Men die younger, they're far more likely to take their own lives, and too many suffer in silence because asking for help still feels like weakness. That has to change.
That's why I started Project Five. I'm taking five men through a full 12-week transformation, for free. They pay me nothing. Their only cost is a donation, straight to Movember, funding real work on men's mental health, suicide prevention, and men's health around the world.
If you believe men deserve to live longer, healthier, and more openly, this is a good place to put your money. Every donation moves the total. Every bit helps.
Let's change five lives, and help a lot more along the way.
