My motivation

It is my goal not only every November, but in my daily life, to help improve my own health and the health of those around me. November helps us raise awareness as to why men die roughly 5 years earlier than women on average. The money donated goes towards furthering the effort of improving men's health.

And I'm tired of losing to Jon Bettger in this competition every year. So please help by donating!
